What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing is the process of transferring a stenciled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. Fabric and paper are the most commonly screen-printed surfaces, but with specialized inks it's also possible to print onto wood, metal, plastic, and even glass. 

What is a Heat Transfer?

Heat transfer vinyl, or HTV for short, is a specialty vinyl polymer that can be used on certain fabrics and materials to create designs and promotional products. It comes in a roll or sheet form with an adhesive backing so it can be cut, weeded, and placed on a substrate for heat application. 

What is a Vinyl Decal?

Vinyl decals start with large rolls of vinyl sheet. Vinyl is fed through a cutting plotter and cuts out the desired shapes. The vinyl shapes can be layered to make a multi colored image. A decal is an image that can be transferred to a surface using heat or water. 

What determines the Shirt Price?

The first factor is the shirt/garment style selected. Then, the more ink colors in the artwork and the more print locations being printed will increase the overall price. There are price breaks for larger quantities. The larger the quantity of items in the order, the better the individual price per item.

What is the order Turn Around Time?

Normal turn around time is 5 to 10 business days from payment. 

Smaller simpler orders may go faster than larger more complex orders.
